Refund policy

Return Policy.

We have a strict 30-day return policy and returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date as stated in the tracking information.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns.

All returns are issued as a return to the form of payment used. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

For incorrect or defective items, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo. 

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days and you will receive an email once your return has been processed.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delayed by the carrier. Please keep an eye on the tracking of your package for delivery status! For any delivery issues or if your package is lost/stolen, please contact the respective carrier (USPS or FedEx).

Please note that Drippy hydration is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
