How long do the LEDs last?

18+ hours on one set of 3 AAA batteries — a full festival night with room to spare. Because the batteries are removable rather than sealed in, you can carry a spare set for a multi-day event and swap them in seconds instead of hunting for an outlet.

Does it come with batteries?

No. It takes 3 AAA batteries, not included. Standard alkaline AAAs work fine, and so do rechargeables.

Is the glitter printed on or actually inside?

Inside. The glitter is suspended within a clear shell rather than printed on the surface, which is why it scatters the LED light instead of sitting flat against it — and why it doesn't rub off.

How much water does it hold?

2 litres, about 68 oz — 500ml more than the mini line, which is worth having across a long hot day between refill points.

Can I wear it in the rain?

The shell is TPU-protected, the zippers are water-resistant, and the battery pack sits inside a water-resistant pocket rather than exposed. It handles rain and spilled drinks; it isn't made to be submerged. We haven't published a formal water-resistance rating rather than quote a figure we can't stand behind.

How do I clean the hydration bladder?

Remove the bladder, hand-wash it with warm water and mild soap, then hang it open until fully dry before storing. No dishwasher, no washing machine. Storing it damp and sealed is what causes odour. The pack is spot-clean only.

What size person does it fit?

Straps are fully adjustable across a wide range of body types and layer over a jacket. A specific chest-size range hasn't been published yet — we'd rather measure it than guess.
